These Terms and Conditions apply to all arctic legacy products.

Refund Policy.

Arctic will not and has not ever accepted any refunds. You are liable of any mistaken purchases made, and the only time arctic roleplay will ever allow a refund is under strict circumstances and must be agreed upon by all of the executive team. Refunds will not be issued if your perks are removed. Initiating a chargeback from Tebex is the same as requesting a refund. If you do this, you forfeit the right to purchase any items from our store again.

If you are banned, removed or if you leave the community - any perks or tiers that you previously owned will not be given back.

Ban Appeal Terms & Conditions

When purchasing the Arctic Ban Appeal package, you will be immediately placed on a 'One Strike Policy'. This means if you break a rule then the option for an unban will be revoked, and you will be immediately permanently removed from the community. After 3 months of being unbanned, and if you have shown your trust and loyalty, your 'One Strike Policy' may be removed.

Perks

If you purchase flight permissions, you are expected to remain realistic with your planes and are expected to fly realistically. If you receive too many warnings for unrealistic flying, or flying unrealistic planes, your permissions to fly will be removed.

If you purchase a personal vehicle, you are expected to remain realistic with your vehicle. If you purchase a vehicle that is causing issues within the server, such as rule breaking or glitching, your personal vehicle may be removed. On extreme circumstances, upon personal vehicle being removed your right to own another personal vehicle without another purchase may be revoked.

If you purchase boat permissions, you are expected to remain realistic with your boats. If you receive too many warnings for unrealistically using your boat permissions, they will be removed.

If you purchase a personal ped, and the ped is causing issues within the server such as rule breaking and glitching, your ped may be removed and on extreme circumstances, your right to own another ped without another purchase may be revoked.

If you purchase the GIF perms and you are seen to be abusing these perms, your perms may be revoked. Your right to have them back without purchasing them again may be revoked.

If you are inactive within the discord as well as the server for more than 60 days, all perks you had will be revoked. All content you had within the server will be removed and stored. If you return to active status between 60 and 90 days, your content will be returned to the server. If you continue to be inactive after 90 days all of you content will be permanently removed and deleted per approval of ALRP Ownership and Lead Developer.
