FiveM Rules

These are enforced within the server. If you commit a malicious act that isn't stated in this rulebook, staff members still reserve the right to issue the punishment they deem necessary.

You must have means to hear talking within server. You are not required to have a headset, but at least having speakers with which you can hear people talking to you will make your RP experience a lot better.

When you join the server you are required to wait at least 15 minutes before doing any hostile RP.

You can't set priority more than once for yourself for every 15 minutes after your last priority ended. For that 15 minutes PASSIVE RP only will be allowed. Only those involved in said priority can join the priority and the same rule above follows for those that join. Your priorities can't last more than 30 minutes unless approved by a member of management. That way others can run scenes they may have in mind. If the priority command is abused, you will no longer be allowed to use this asset. If it is abused completely then the ability to use it will return to LEO or Staff. To set priority use command Prio-start, to join someone's priority with their permission use Prio-join, to end prio use Prio-Stop. After a priority has been stopped it will automatically set a 5 minute cooldown period.

Coming into our server and using it as your personal playground, be it killing repeatedly or just saying nonsense in the ingame chat, will result in a 48 - 72 hour ban. After this it will result in a permanent ban.

Having copywrite music playing through your headset is not allowed.

All police stations, fire stations, Government buildings and hospitals are green zones, no major roleplay is allowed in these areas. Bounty Hunting RP is not allowed under any circumstances within ALRP. You cannot wear any LEO, FIRE, Security or Military uniforms in server. Go carts are only allowed for events, you cannot use them on the streets. AOP Vehicle Rules: Sandy Shores- Vehicles over $60,000, Super cars and luxury sports cars are not allowed in Sandy Shores AOP unless you have a valid RP behind being in one.

All aircraft other than small 1-5 person planes and civilian helicopters such as the frogger, are prohibited ate Sandy Shores airfield. Stealing or Saving a Donator/Personal Vehicle: Warn, Kick, 48h ban. Random Deathmatch (RDM)(AI civilians count as RDM): Verbal Warning, Kick, 24h Ban, 48h Ban. Vehicular Deathmatch (VDM): Verbal Warning, Kick, 24h Ban, 48h Ban. Fail Roleplay (Fail RP): Verbal Warning, 24h Ban, 48h Ban. Interfering with a scene, meeting or roleplay: Verbal Warning, Kick, 8h Ban. Unrealistic Driving/Flying: Verbal Warning, Kick, 8h Ban. No Intent to Roleplay: Verbal Warning, Kick, 48h Ban. Crimes on POH, PIP, PCD: Verbal Warning, 24h Ban, 48h Ban. Law Enforcement Impersonation: Verbal Warning, Kick, 8h Ban. Stealing a law enforcement vehicle without approval: Kick, 8h Ban, 48h Ban. Shooting in a Greenzone: Kick, 3h Ban, 24h Ban. Hostile Roleplay in a Greenzone: Verbal Warning, 3h Ban, 12h Ban. Passive Roleplay in Greenzones is allowed. Server Disrespect: Kick, 48h Ban, 72h Ban. Sexual Roleplay: 48h Ban, 72h Ban, 168h Ban. Cop Baiting: Verbal Warning, Kick, 12h Ban. Unrealistic Roleplay: Verbal Warning, Kick, 8h Ban. Terrorist Roleplay: Perm Ban. Suicide Roleplay: Allowed with Management approval. Bomb Roleplay: Allowed with Management approval only. New Life Rule: Verbal Warning, Kick, 3h Ban. Respect Value of Life: Verbal Warning, Kick, 3h Ban. Metagaming & Powergaming: Kick, 12h Ban, 24h Ban. Entering or attacking the military bases without permission: Kick, 12h Ban, 24h Ban. Running through police checkpoints/roadblocks without a priority: Warning, Kick, 48h Ban. Stealing or using a military/law enforcement vehicle without an Administrator+ approval: Warning, Kick, 48h Ban.

Animal Ped without Permission: Kick, 8h Ban, 24h Ban. Animal Ped is only allowed with Senior Mod approval. If you are caught killing using an animal ped when no staff are in server, and no permission has been given, you will be banned for a minimum of 48 hours.

Fear RP: Kick, 24h Ban, Perm Ban. Using any form of grenade or explosive without permission: Perm Ban.

Speaking a non-English language: Verbal Warning, Kick, 3h Ban. Chat Spam (3+ Words): Verbal Warning, Kick, 3h Ban. Self-Advertising: Verbal Warning, Permanent Ban. Death Threats/Suicidal Wishes or Encouragement: Permanent Ban. Misuse of /report or /calladmin: Verbal Warning, Kick, 3h Ban. Racial/Homophobic Slurs/Comments: Permanent Ban. Impersonating a staff member: 24h Ban. Member Disrespect: Verbal Warning, Kick, 48h Ban. Community Disrespect: Verbal Warning, Kick, 48h Ban. Lying to a staff member: 48h Ban. Blackmailing a staff member: Permanent Ban. Releasing Personal Information: Permanent Ban. DDos/Dox/SWAT Threats: Permanent Ban. Inappropriate Username/Twitter Name: Verbal Warning, 48h Ban. Inappropriate Comments: Verbal Warning, Kick, 48h Ban. Mass VDM: 24h Ban, 48h Ban, 72h Ban. Mass RDM: 24h Ban, 48h Ban, 72h Ban. Use of Derogatory Words (Any Spelling): Permanent Ban. Leaving to Avoid Punishment: Permanent Ban. Leaving to Avoid Arrest: 48h Ban. Abusing In Game Mechanics/Bugs or Glitches: Permanent Ban. Modding/Exploiting: Permanent Ban. Mass Spawning: Permanent Ban. Trolling: Permanent Ban. Minging: Permanent Ban. Playing the server to just cause issues, will result in a permanent ban. Toxicity of any form will not be tolerated. Players must assume all doors in Police Buildings and government buildings are locked, including cells. Players must assume all backdoors of Police Vehicles are locked. A microphone is not required to play on the server - players may use /me to communicate. Some rules may be voided for server events only, or major roleplays authorized by management.
